Do you train our team, or just configure Odoo for us?
Both, but training is non-negotiable for adoption. Every implementation we run includes structured training, and we also deliver standalone training for teams whose Odoo was built elsewhere.
How many training sessions do we need?
It follows the role count and module scope: a typical mid-market deployment gets 6–10 structured sessions across tracks, plus refreshers. The Discover phase sizes it — we will not pad the number.
Do we get materials we can reuse?
Yes. Session recordings, per-role quick guides, and an admin runbook are deliverables, so onboarding new hires does not require booking us every time someone joins.
